My passion for music and movement drive the power Vinyasa flow classes that I teach. Yoga serves as a place for me to ground, build strength, recalibrate and play. I hope that translates to my students' experiences while moving with me. 

I aim to make practice lighthearted and fun and accessible to all bodies, and encourage my students to meet themselves where they are with grace and feel joyful as they move.

I am a 500-Hour RYT, having completed my 200-hr training in 2017 at The Pad Studios in San Francisco and Jason Crandell's 300-hr training in 2021. I feel so fortunate to be surrounded by brilliant teachers in the Bay Area such as Stephanie Snyder, Janet Stone, Nicole Cronin, Erin Gilmore and many more that I continue to learn from + be inspired by. Thank you to my teachers and my students! I am so grateful to share this practice and hope to see you on the mat soon.
